Terms of service.
The agreement between subscribers and Aurevia Tradex, written in plain English. By opening a subscription you accept these terms.
Acceptance
By registering with Aurevia Tradex you accept the following. Minimum age to open a subscription is 18. The platform provides algorithmic signal generation and execution but does not constitute personalised investment advice. You confirm that you accept to use the platform at your own risk and that you have read, understood, and accept the Risk Disclosure that accompanies these terms.
Execution
All trading is executed via regulated counterparty brokers. Aurevia Tradex is a technology and research provider; it is not the execution broker, the custodian, or the market-maker in any of the instruments traded for subscribers. Aurevia Tradex makes no warranty as to future investment returns. The historical performance of the platform or a specific instrument is not indicative of future results.
Security and liability
The protection of credentials and account security is the responsibility of the subscriber. Two-factor authentication is mandatory and cannot be disabled. Trading carries the risk of partial or total loss of capital; subscribers should never invest funds whose loss would materially affect their financial situation. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the lesser of (a) the fees paid by the subscriber in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) a higher limit required by mandatorily applicable legislation.
Termination
The subscription can be terminated by either party at any time. When terminated by the subscriber, the remaining account balance is withdrawn via the original funding channel within 24 hours; no exit fee or notice period. When terminated by Aurevia Tradex (e.g. for non-compliance), the subscriber will be given reasonable notice and the opportunity to withdraw the balance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of an EU member state and any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be referred to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights subscribers may have in their country of residence.
