Do I need investment experience?
No. The platform serves both first-time investors and experienced professionals. During onboarding your advisor configures risk parameters to your goals and constraints.
What is the minimum subscription?
€250. At that amount every platform feature is active: algorithmic execution, attribution reporting, risk control, a named advisor. No tiers, no VIP gates, no hidden levels.
How long does account opening take?
The application form takes about 2 minutes. KYC review usually completes within one business day. Once approved, trading can begin as soon as funds arrive in your account.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer (EUR/GBP/CHF/USD), credit/debit card, and eligible cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). All deposits are free — only third-party fees from your bank or the blockchain network apply.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours via the original funding channel. No exit fee. No lock-up. Bank transfer times depend on your bank.
Can I have multiple accounts?

How much do I pay for the service?
0.75% annual platform fee calculated on portfolio daily value and deducted from the account monthly. No commissions, no spread markup, no exit fee, no performance bonus.
Are there any other hidden fees?
No. The only fee is the 0.75% annual rate. Third-party costs like bank transfer fees or blockchain network fees on crypto withdrawals are passed through at cost and shown separately on your monthly report.
Do you take performance bonuses?
No. A performance bonus is a structure that aligns the advisor with a different side than yours. We don't take them. The single fee is 0.75% and it is the same whether your account is doing well or badly.
Is Aurevia Tradex safe?
Yes. AES-256 encryption, mandatory two-factor authentication, annual SOC 2 Type II audit, ISO 27001 certification, GDPR compliance. Subscriber capital is held in segregated accounts at regulated prime brokers — recoverable even in a hypothetical company-level insolvency.
Is two-factor authentication mandatory?
Yes, for all accounts and cannot be disabled. We support TOTP applications (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) and hardware keys (WebAuthn).
Where is my data stored?
In encrypted stores within the EU/EEA, in compliance with GDPR requirements. Sensitive fields such as identity documents are encrypted at field level with keys held in a separate key-management service.
How fast is execution?
Median execution latency is 168 milliseconds. Smart order routing across 35 regulated venues. 24/7 across all time zones.
Can I pause execution?
At any time. A single tap stops all automation. Risk caps can be re-evaluated mid-run, positions can be closed manually. Reconfiguration is permanent and free.
Who is my coverage advisor?
A named human professional assigned at the subscription point and disclosed to you on the dashboard's first screen. Not a chatbot, not a queue, not a rotation. They learn how you think about capital and are on the other end of every escalated question for as long as you are subscribed.
How often do I receive reports?
A full attribution-grade monthly memo on the 5th of each month, with basis-point-level detail. A quarterly research compilation by publication. Real-time access to the platform itself at all hours.
What about tax matters?
We recommend speaking with a tax professional for tax structuring. Our monthly memo provides all the data needed at tax year end — position open/close dates, prices, realised P&L — and can be passed to your accountant.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is a single operation in the platform. The remaining account balance is withdrawn via the original funding channel within 24 hours. No exit fee, no notice period, no penalty.
